2 reviews of Longview Lake Beach "My daughter loved this beach. We got there as soon as it opened which was the way to go. The sand was nice and the shallow area was great for a toddler. However... One pretty major negative was the amount of goose droppings. At first we thought it was an inconsiderate dog owner but the "mess" was everywhere along the shore.

Important notes about Longview Lake water sports: Windsurfing is permitted Monday thru Thursday from sunrise to sunset, and is prohibited Friday thru Sunday and holidays. Operators must wear a Type I, II or III Personal Flotation Device as approved by U.S. Coast Guard. Stand Up Paddle Boards are not permitted on Longview Lake (they ARE permitted on Lake Jacomo).

Longview Lake Beach is open. Published on June 16, 2021. It is hot out, and there is nothing better to do on a hot day than to make a splash at Longview Lake Beach. The beach has plenty of clean sand to sit, sun bath and build a castle not to mention a large swimming area to cool off in. Modern restrooms have changing areas and showers.
