I have had this problem for a week now but my web ticket only gets a reply every 20 hours or so and we can’t seem to resolve the issue. How do I start live chat? I went to this link Contact Support - Blizzard Support (battle.net) which was given to me by the customer support team over on twitter but the live chat option is greyed out.

It says open hours are between 12PM and 7:30PM PDT, and it’s 4:00PM PDT right now. The chat option may become unavailable throughout the posted hours based on the volume of requests that we get. Basically, we don’t want to simply accept an endless number of folks for Live chat to have them wait an indeterminate amount of time.

Live chat does not seem to be an option ever? Live chat is an option, but not for what you want to contact them about. The only way to appeal your account silence is via the appeals process located here.. Understand that, targeted or not, the silence was applied manually by a GM, so you certainly ran afoul of the code of conduct.
