Visit of Lenin's mausoleum is the most memorable experience I've ever had. It's completely different from anything else. You have to wait 1-2 hours to get inside and you will spend only a minute in front of Lenin but it's totally worth it.

11 years ago. Save. From 9am to 1pm. Yes, you have to wait and the line is usually long but it´s not too slow. Takes a bit of patience. The line is behind Red Square. After you get through the line you have to check in your camera and phone (you pay to use the cloakroom: 20 rubles for a mobile; 40 rubles for a bag).
