I had a terrible experience with Laura's Alterations. I asked to get a button up shirt tailored to fit me properly. The sleeves needed a hem and to be made more slender and the body of the shirt made a few inches smaller. While the owner pinned the shirt on me she seemed angry and muttered to herself.
