One of the best places for tent camping and fishing. A lot of State and National Park Campgrounds close the gates after 10pm, not allowing cars to enter. Because Piru is private, you can leave and come back whenever you wish which is very convenient as Six Flags is only a half hour away. Great lake, good fishing and the staff has been very friendly.
