eBay are counting 500 ish sales, 116 of those are going towards the late delivery rate, with 4 counted as late, that's 3.4%. If the other 384 customers that didn't tick a box counted for half a positive (no news is good news) that'd be 1.2% and I'd be a lot happier with that with much more breathing room.
