La redoute sells different items that you don’t find anywhere else which I think is good as it’s style is a bit more individual across its range. My only criticism is some of its brands have disappeared, eg Laura clement, soft grey. These were good quality brands. great seller good product

After my recent negative review on this forum, la Redoute got in touch with me. They said they will help to rectify a problem. I purchased two pieces of furniture and only received one. The other one got lost in transit (it’s a 190cm shelving unit, how’s this possible is beyond me). Nonetheless, finally I got a mail confirming new delivery.

I have used La Redoute for a number of years and never had a problem with delivery. They did once charge me twice for one thing and when I didn't see the mistake, charged me interest on the money outstanding, but they were perfectly good when this came to light and withdrew the interest charge.
