Kilowatt-hour is an energy unit (symbol kWh or kW⋅h). One kilowatt-hour is defined as the energy consumed by power consumption of 1kW during 1 hour: 1 kWh = 1kW ⋅ 1h. One kilowatt-hour is equal to 3.6⋅10 6 joules: 1 kWh = 3.6⋅10 6 J. The energy E in kilowatt-hour (kWh) is equal to the power P in kilowatts (kW), times the time t in hours ...

Kilowatts, abbreviated kW, are a measure of electric power. To convert energy in kWh to power in kW, use the formula below. kW = kWh ÷ Hours. So, the power in kilowatts is equal to the energy in kilowatt-hours divided by the time-period measured in hours. For example, let’s convert 48 kWh of energy consumption over a 24-hour time period to kW.

Short workshop: 45-90 minutes. A workshop this short is even shorter than it seems. People may be late by between five and fifteen minutes, and you'll lose more time if you're distributing materials, using equipment, etc. That means you'll have to ruthlessly pare the material you want to present down to what's actually important.

The energy E in kilowatt-hours (kWh) per day is equal to the power P in watts (W) times number of usage hours per day t divided by 1000 watts per kilowatt: E (kWh/day) = P (W) × t (h/day) / 1000 (W/kW) See also. It's not hard to calculate this. List out all the loads of all your machines - you'll need wattages. Multiply each by the estimated hours per month the machine will run. Add them all up, and throw in 10% to cover overhead, parasitic wall wart power, lights, etc. You should have a close estimate. 1kWh is 1000 watts running for 1 hour
