While our rafting and accommodation have wrapped up for the season, the Cutting Board Restaurant and the Kumsheen Cafe will be staying open year-round. We are open Monday-Friday (closed Weekends and Holidays), from 11:30am-8:00pm in the Cutting Board Restaurant, and from 8:00am-4:30pm in the Kumsheen Cafe (coffee shop located in the Reception Office).

Effective October 29, the Cutting Board hours of operations will be changing to our Winter Hours: Open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner, from 11:30am-8:00pm, closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
