They offer a great tour at the KoAloha factory in Honolulu, Oahu and it begins at 1:00 M-F. Reservations are required due to COVID. I had just purchased a KoAloha KCM-10 yesterday. I fell in love with the big beautiful resonant sound it made.

The deal was sealed today, when I went to visit the KoAloha factory, to finally meet Alan Okami [KoAloha's marketing expert] in person for the first time and purchase a KoAloha Sceptre that had been picked out of the latest batch for me. I also took my SuperConcert in for an action adjustment, which Brian helped me with immediately.

Factory tours are also available at 1pm by appointment only and reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made by emailing us at [email protected]. In light of the recent increase in COVID-19 spread both here on Oahu and across the world we felt it necessary to take these precautions.

We organised the KoAloha Factory tour as we wanted to see the process of these great instruments. Paul, Alan, Pops, Mom and all the staff were welcoming and happy to talk about the history of the company and what they all do to contribute. I came away with a factory special Koa soprano ukulele that sounds wonderful.
