To fill in the dates for anyone that might care, Peter's father, Dick Schofield (along with Wayne Hoffman), bought KKIS/990 in August 1972 for $475,000. They bought KDFM, the forerunner of today's KKDV/92.1, for $207,250 in August 1973.
