TL / DR version: terrible return policy, bad hours, very little inventory for men’s shoes, poor operational planning. I have been a loyal customer to Kintec as a whole for years, starting with the Port Moody location. For the first few years when I lived near that store, I was getting great service, and good selection of shoes.
