All we want is help and understanding, we have kids, families, elders just like you! Something needs to be done for the residents and there families! Can't kick people out of there homes with dept and no where to go! HELP please

Aug 18, 2013 · The one on 1st took a long time to sell out and it was in the $150,000 to $160,000 range . The unit has something for sale all the time and the other land has sat as long grass, fenced construction site and run down commercial building. The reason for not developing more, lack of demand!!

Aug 16, 2013 · If that wete true, the city could have taken some of their " rennaisance brandon" money, and developed a new trailer court for 200 homes on a chunk of city land, serviced for $120,000. The city could have moved every home from kingsway trailer court and charged the $400/pad fees plus an additional $100/month no interest loan for moving fee.

Aug 16, 2013 · Like he didn't know when he bought the trailer court that there were homes on it. Seriously, from an ethical standpoint this stinks. Sure, legally he can give them $500 and say goodbye, but legal doesn't always mean right. Frankly, a trailer court owner should have some legal requirements when trying to redevelop a park.
