8 reviews of Kim's Florist "They do not pick up the phone, they do not send your order, nor do they email you back when the order is incompleted. I ordered two sets of flowers and only one was delivered. I called and emailed for three days and still no response. I had to call my credit card company to request and disbute their charges. DO NOT ORDER from this florist.
