Because we use propane very slowly, it seems that Kimlin thinks it's OK to charge us a $73 "Minimum Usage Fee." We didn't order propane within the time they think we should have, so they charged us $73. For NOTHING. They charge you for ordering propane, and they charge you for NOT ordering propane.Sat: Closed
