Server/Bartender (Former Employee) - Kansas City, MO - January 25, 2013. I worked at The Kansas City Improv for three years and was treated with very little respect. I felt my opinions were almost always dismissed. The comedy club is a really fun and exciting place to work but is ruined by the severe lack of management organization.
