I usually referred to Kalaset as the Swedish cafe, simply because "kalaset" means party in Swedish and that they serve a lot of different pancakes. To sum it short, Kalaset is a cafe that serves brunch, Cafe food and turns into somewhat a bar at night (they have long opening hours for that sake).
