I called Kiddisave the week it was due to find out the delivery details as nobody had contacted me to arrange this, i was then told that there was a delay of upto a week on this. 4 Days later i called back to then be told my week long delay had increased to a 4 week delay as Silver Cross cannot supply the products quick enough.

May 31, 2013 · Stated on the website when I bought it 2-4 weeks delivery and now it has been changed to 6-8 weeks delivery. Physically can't take two babies out in a single pram! Do have a sling but that's gonna be no good after just having a section!! Kiddisave you are utter crap!!

It stated on the website that "Items shown 'In-Stock' delivery within 1-2 working days", both items were in stock so I was expecting to receive them by the end of the week. When it got to the following Tuesday and I still hadn't received them, I called Kiddisave to see what the problem was.

I placed an order with kiddisave 1 week ago for an out n about nipper v2 stroller, the website states a 48 hour delivery, which is great, the money was promptly taken from my bank account 2 days after placing the order, fair enough, a week later I still have not received my pushchair.
