I am very unhappy that my emails from kiddicare customer service have blatantly been ignored. Would not recommend buying from the site as they do not care about their customer needs! I contacted kiddicare immediately on their website. After several messages (always with 2 or 3 days between my message and their reply), things went quiet. I chased them a further 3 times over the course of 10 days. No reply. I've now returned all items and have delivery details to prove they arrived several days ago. No response.
