Talking to your manager and/or calling corporate is certainly worth a try, but legally, you have no recourse. Start job searching, but don't quit. Cutting your hours to zero is probably going to be considered constructive dismissal by the unemployment office, so you'll lose the opportunity to collect if you quit. 3.

I am currently working at a retail job, and i have two jobs. One of my jobs doesn't give me any hours at all. I am still technically employed there, but i haven't been given any hours for about 2 months. I am still able to use my discount card, etc. Is there anything i can do legally against this company? Thanks for your help.

You should file for unemployment benefits. You can usually get unemployment if your hours or earnings are cut back by at least one third. You will only get a partial benefit. The greater the cutback, the higher your benefit. You should file a claim to see if you are eligible and the amount of your unemployment benefit.
