The City leased a number of spaces to the CA Pacific Medical Center [CPMC] nearby for its staff. The employees park at the garage and are shuttled by CPMC to the medical center on a regular basis. Good news for the City and garage because its stable revenue. Bad news for Japantown businesses and the J-Town community.
