Whilst the service from Jessops when placing my order has been good and the product is great, Jessops delivery provider, DHL, is a shambles and a waste of time. I have complained to Jessops about this but so far, over a month now, there has been no response from them. Not good enough Jessops!

Noting the pile up of negative Jessops reviews on the web, especially about online orders and customer services, I began to wonder how this was going to turn out. But the camera did arrive, so my online shopping at Jessops came to a satisfactory conclusion. This is now my take on it. The camera had been dispatched four days after order.
