We woke up the first morning to many barking dogs on the beach at about 5:00 AM . . . only to be followed by an absolute beach kennel with hundreds of dogs running free for the next four hours. Unbenounced to us, dogs are allowed on the beach in the morning until 9:00 AM and in the evenings after 5:00 PM.
