Upon calling 1633 for help for a week! I did not get any response at all! Each call to 1633 was a ridiculous 30mins wait on the phone. The last phone call was even more ridiculous whereby they said all the operators are out for lunch, will call me back within 24 hours. A week has passed and I did not receive a single phone call from starhub at all!

I purchased a new pre-paid SIM card to replace faulty sim card and reuse the old/existing phone number on 1st May 2014 from Vivo City Starhub. I was told card activation within 1 hour. After 4 hours, no activation, called 1633 and was told within 24 hours. Next day 2nd May, called 1633 and was told within 24 to 48 hours.

I went on to call starhub 1633 and they told me that they have not activate my plan and will begin doing so (this will take about a few hours, up to 24 hours). PROBLEM NUMBER 1: IF I SIGN A CONTRACT WHICH BEGINS ON THE 7TH JAN, I WILL EXPECT MY INTERNET TO BE WORKING WITH SPEED AS STATED ON THE SAME DAY.
