Bought a hoodie on iigears website. Recieved a different hoodie than expected. Attempted to contact support by email multiple times. No response back.

The quality and print is amazing. One of my hoodie had a little zip, no big deal. I called the customer service and they told me to email them with a picture of the rip. They got back to my and offered me a full refund or a free replacement. I didn't have to return it and my replacement came in perfect condition.

The shipping took a couple more days because I gave the wrong zip code. I emailed customer service and they resolved my address issue and it arrived in a couple of days. I really fell in love with these type of hoodie. It is unquie and never seen anyone with this type of design. I got the nurse hoodie and the print is amazing and high quality.
