Same here, the update runs for 16 hours now and is for at least the last 4 hours (after getting up in the morning) stuck at 91%. I cannot use this fix because even if I force a restart I don't get into Windows to do anything. It immediately goes back to the update and to 91%.

When I check the analytics of my channel, it shows I have 4,000 watch hours. I have attached screen shots of both. I only have a few private videos, everything else is public (100+ videos).
