As for the estimated shipping dates, eBay says right in their Help page quoted above that they don't use the USPS estimates, they use their own, and that they are "Based on seller delivery information from the past", not on the seller's stated handling time. In other words, you can't fool the estimator by stating 3-day handling and then usually shipping in 1 day.

Apr 18, 2019 · They are based on the service selected by the seller. I’d they have set a 3 day dispatch time and a overnight delivery then the estimate delivery date will be today plus 4 days. This assumes that a, the seller dispatched on time and b the service selected delivers on time. So I would use them as a guide, not a guarantee.
