Luckily for me, I was given the one hour time slot and surely enough, driver Vicky turned up outside my house less than 2 minutes after the initial time slot(4:36-5:36 she arrived at 4:38) and carried the box to my door, which was extremely heavy and I could see she was struggling. Sorry vicky.

DPD make a big thing of saying 'we will text you with a one hour delivery slot' well I can tell you they can't even deliver on the day they promise, never mind a one hour slot. Also they don't warn you at all when they are going to miss a delivery, as a result we have stayed in for 2 days running and still no delivery despite their promises.
