May 03, 2014 · Any reference to FAR, other than possibly FAR 8.4 with regard to FSS, regarding a BPA against a BPA or an IDIQ against a IDIQ, is misplaced. What dictates whether what and how an order can be placed against a BPA or IDIQ is the terms and conditions of the specific BPA or IDIQ.
