Currently not trying to beat the game in less than 2 hours, but there are a few parts that may be tricky due to how quickly you can escape/kill the enemies in the game. Climb the chain and push the rectangular object in front of you. Jump back into the water and head to the left side and jump onto the waterwheel. Drop on top of the wheel and head to the opposite side and jump up to the ledge and shimmy to the right. Drop down and go across the narrow path and begin climbing again.

My time in the game was around 7:45, which seem was apparently normal during the PS2 days (where the average time on the collection stats is 12 hours, but most people voted 8.
