It was worth spending 5 hours in the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. We were on line 15 minutes before the 10AM opening and did not leave until 3PM. Every moment was a learning experience. For most this is a must see for some not but it is not for everybody.

The Holocaust, the state-sponsored persecution and murder of European Jews by Nazi Germany and its collaborators, is history’s most extreme example of antisemitism. Violent antisemitism and hatred did not end with the defeat of Nazi Germany.
