Ordered a pair of D3S - Philips HID White Vision 5000K 42403WHV2C1 bulbs in November. Bulbs arrived and were installed the following week. Bulbs weren't what I expected because there is a yellow hotspot in the bulbs. I left a poor feedback review on HID Concept website about the bulbs; however, HID Concept never publish my review.
