I like both, but handbrake products take up a lot less space than ripper. However ripper only takes an hour at the most. When I use handbrake it take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours to do using 2-pass encoding and MP4 format. I've check the forums about settings and I have them right. I have a 6 month old PB so it is fast.
