Made hours ago and ready to serve vs made to order. Hamazushi proved me wrong and made me into a fan. Here's why: 1. Quality was better than expected. For ¥100 a plate I was thinking it would be fresh frozen or old. Very fresh. 2. Computer touch screen made it easier to order. Love the warning sounds when your order is 15 secs away!
