In general Halliburton was an excellent place to work up until 2010. After 2010, the culture went on a downward spiral due to incompentent leadership/management; mostly due to young and unproven managers. Benefits also suffered and declined. Advancement is very limited regardless of internal promotion.

I had the pleasure of working at Halliburton Energy Services in their Treasury Department for 1 year prior to my Covid-19 layoff. The company offers a full menu of excellent benefits and the North campus is lovely with trees and ponds. Management is fair-minded and they work together to achieve goals.
