I heard from a pretty decent source that the guard hours are as follows:-Monday to Friday 4am-12pm-Weekends and Holidays 4am-4pm Recommendations:-Bring grip gloves -Bring a jacket-Bring a flashlight if you go early in the morning or evening-Bring water/snacks-Wear tennis shoes (please do not wear slippers for safety reasons!)
