If you are in ECC 6.0, there is a new enhancement concept which you could use for your purpose. If you are in ECC 6.0, then search for Implicit enhancements in SDN to get the WIKI page... then just follow to see if there is a point available for your purpose.

Mar 24, 2016 · This BAPI calls function module RV_DELIVERY_CREATE, but, alas, it calls it without a “selektionsdatum”, which seems to be what the “due_date” in the BAPI is for. I’m not sure about this, but the fact is, if I populate this field (selektionsdatum) with the value from due_date, it works (for me… in the system I work with…).

Hi Satya, implement the enhancement spot ES_SAPLV50I_BADI. implemented the method ADDITIONAL_INPUT. use one function module with tables parameter as extension_in and pass all the extension_in internal table to global internal tables of function group.
