Deleted delivery document details are there in table CDHDR and CDPOS. The report which Dibyendu Patra has mentioned also gets information from this table. Go to the return delivery number and check if there is warehouse number in the picking tab. If in the picking tab you don't have warehouse number then the picking field will be in editable mode. If it is in editable mode just delete the picked quantity and save the reversal delivery. No need to delete the reversal delivery.
