Nov 03, 2010 · Call 800-GO-FEDEX with your tracking number, and ask them to RTS (return to sender) the package. As long as it hasn't been delivered yet you should be able to get it back. You absolutely will not get your shipping charge refunded to you. FedEx is providing the service you asked them for, you must pay them for it.
