I know a tip is like 20% of the purchase, but i figure the pizza will be $15, or at the most $20, so that is only a 3 or 4 dollar tip. They only get a small portion of the delivery fee and that's only to cover their gas, they don't get to pocket any of it so never count it towards your tip. You should always tip at the very least $2, no matter how much your total is. $3-$4 is a good tip.

That said, my mom was a waitress for 50 years (right, 50!), and let me tell you they work much harder than pizza delivery service. You say they “walk” not drive? They do usually add a small fee on the receipt for deliveries, but they do that because of the people who do not tip. I've always believed that if you don't want to tip then go get the pizza yourself.
