I ordered and paid for a bath mat on February 20, the estimated delivery time was February 25-March 3rd. No tracking updates available, however they don’t have any problem taking your money. Cons. Managers bully you and threaten you if you cannot get your work done on a super short due date because of other priorities. They claim the general contractor job is perfect for college students/recent grads, which may be true normally, but during fire drills it is impossible to get other work done and complete your work for Houzz.3/5(4)

Long story short houzz is is a scam and will take advantage of anyone or any company if you give them the chance. This review is for service. If you are a company I highly suggest and recommend not to use Houzz services. It has been over 8 months since I've paid $2,600 for their services which is a yearly contract you cannot get out of.1/5(21)

Houzz can replace the top if they wish to; they do not wish to, obviously. I am extremely disappointed in the attitude of Houzz. Houzz has also clearly been seeing my reviews about the scam artists ( Blue and Alder; aka Kevin and Heather Claes) they introduced me too. A Houzz representative by the name of Emily finally posted my review after I made a few changes due to their policy. I sent Houzz proof of Kevin and Heather's bankruptcy filing and lawsuit.
