I ordered some shelves on Friday got delivery which should have been delivered on Saturday, I had to pay £6 delivery and I still haven’t received them 5 days later. I cannot get hold of anyone as they aren’t taking calls at the moment the only information I have is the delivery company saying there is an issue and to contact Homebase.3/5

Nov 20, 2012 · I am going to cut a very long and frustrating story short now, to this date we havestill not received our order. We have had 3 delivery dates cancelled now due to a so called maufactor issues. The thing is they ring to cancel the night before due delivery date to say we will not get our order and will phone back in 5 days with another date.
