I ordered some shelves on Friday got delivery which should have been delivered on Saturday, I had to pay £6 delivery and I still haven’t received them 5 days later. I cannot get hold of anyone as they aren’t taking calls at the moment the only information I have is the delivery company saying there is an issue and to contact Homebase.3/5

After much discussion we escalated our complaint to Headquarters and that was a complete waste of time!! Our advice is to Contact Scottish Consumer Protection online , get case number and then Homebase have to pay your consequential losses - petrol money and then NEVER use this store again.
