Apr 28, 2012 · When I heard that the old Helms Bakery was going to be resurrected in a large section of the same building (without the delivery trucks) I got pretty excited. It’s under a partnership between Sherry Yard, former longtime executive pastry chef of Wolfgang Puck Restaurants, and Sang Yoon, chef and owner of Father’s Office and Lukshon.
