After talking to Amazon again, I was stupid enough to give HDNL them a 2nd chance. This time with "priority" delivery. Again nothing happened for 2 days, the only change was that my package arrived in their depot at 4am in the morning when the delivery should have happened, but then no status update came for 2 days.

Nov 28, 2012 · It's not the first time HDNL have messed me about, and I was pretty annoyed, so I emailed the CEO of amazon UK and HDNL. I got no response from HDNL, but amazon replied to say they would investigate and the parcel arrived by courier the next morning.
