Students participate in active group games, 30 minutes of conditioning every day, and 3 hours of gymnastics a day. Students learn to set and achieve goals. Every week, our staff holds a goal setting session with the students. Conditioning and gymnastics skill goals are written down, evaluated throughout the week and rewarded on Fridays.
