The Guadalajara Zoo is a very nice and pleasant place to visit. It's very clean, very green, and quite a bit of space for the animals. It's not a very huge zoo, but give enough to start in the morning and finish mid-afternoon, if you see all the exhibits. And when you go to the back, there's a great view of the canyon.
