Eventually the cheese ends up in the cheese caves where it ages. It’s best to visit the factory when they are actually making cheese, but somehow I missed the link on their website detailing the cheese making schedule. I think the most interesting part is “removing the cheese and filling it into the moulds” but you can choose for yourself.
