During the 4-day session, it is important that you get sufficient rest and food. Every 2 to 4 hours there will be a 20-30 minute break. I see the resemblance between the lgat's talked about there and gratitude training. I hope it doesn't involve any assault or abuse, but I fear it does. The other location has a law suit for sexual assault against it, it wouldn't be surprising if one was to come to the charlotte location.
