We took the downtown/Balboa/Old Town in 3 hours tour. You can get 3 hours for the price of 2 at 9am on some days. 3 hours was just about right... any more than that and I think I may have wanted to stop early. Any less and I may have felt hurried or wanting more.

We originally bought the 2 hour tour and the kind employee upgraded us to the 3 hour tour so that was really kind of him, because honestly if you want some pictures and you want to stop you need longer than 2 hours.
